A few weeks ago, I had the great pleasure of helping Rita Rojas-Sullivan and Erin McGrath photograph the wedding of Valerie and Larry. Their wedding was made possible by Wish Upon a Wedding.

Wish Upon a Wedding grants weddings to couples facing terminal illness (where one has been diagnosed with less than five years to live).

Larry is legally blind in one eye due to complications from diabetes, has had heart surgery, undergoes dialysis 3 days a week, and is currently waiting for a kidney and pancreas donor.

Through all of this hardship, Valerie and Larry remain madly in love.
